Congressman Canseco's Statement on the horrific shooting of Arizona Congresswoman Giffords and Federal Judge John Roll

Washington, D.C. – “We have received the horrific news that Representative Giffords of Arizona, as well as several of her staff members and bystanders were shot earlier today at an event they were holding for constituents in the district. We offer our most sincere condolences to the Congresswoman and her family. Our hearts go out to everyone involved in this incident and we pray for their safe recovery.
 
We have also learned that Federal Judge John Roll was amongst the victims of the shooting, our thoughts and prayers also go out to his family for their loss.”
