Congressman Brian Higgins (NY-27) announced that Jamestown Community College (JCC) has been added to the “Congress on Your Corner” schedule for January.  “Congress on Your Corner” hours will be held in the Student Union on the JCC Jamestown campus on January 29th from noon to 2pm.  Students, faculty and staff are invited to share their concerns, questions and ideas with a representative from Congressman Higgins’ office at this site. 

“We are pleased to work with the JCC Administration to provide a direct link between our office and those working and studying on the JCC campus,” said Congressman Brian Higgins.  “People are welcome to stop by, present their views or request assistance with subjects of a federal nature.” 

“Congress on Your Corner” is a program offering satellite office hours at locations across Chautauqua County to make Congressman Higgins’ office more accessible to residents. During “Congress on Your Corner” constituents have the opportunity to talk directly with someone from Congressman Higgins’ office about issues related to Social Security, the Veteran’s Administration, citizenship and immigration, or any other federal matters with which they may need assistance. 

Residents can also continue to reach Congressman Higgins’ permanent office in Chautauqua County from 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday at 2 East Second Street in Jamestown.  For additional information call 484-0729.
