Senators Tom Udall, Jeff Bingaman and Rep. Ben Ray Lujan join Interior Secretary Ken Salazar for the signing of the "Record of Decision", a major step toward providing water to thousands of Navajos in New Mexico. The Secretary's signature made official the environmental impact statement for the project.
