Since the Democrat take over of health care was signed into law this week, my offices have received numerous questions about the provisions in the legislation and when they will go into effect. Here is a timeline of the major provisions in the law that was compiled by the House Ways and Means Committee Repulbican staff.

It is a shame that the republican minority has not chosen to play a role other than that of spoiler. It is time for both sides to stop playing games (politics is not a sport). WHile neither side is without blame, it is clear that the republicans are the greater to blame.
