   If you or someone in your office think that you may have obtained the User ID and password before, call 202.224.0758 to confirm that your User ID and password are activated.
   Do not use this form for in-house lobbyists seeking a LD-203 UserID and Password. Please contact the LDA administrator in your organization or visit https://lda.congress.gov/lc/home.aspx.
When to use this form:   
     
   Use this form if you have never obtained a User ID and password before.
     
How to use this form:   
  
1.   Click "Continue" below & complete the form. Click "Submit."
 
2.   After clicking the "Submit" button, your web browser will display a new page that is a PDF copy of the submitted form. Email, fax, or mail the form as directed for ID/password activation.
 
3.   The Senate Office of Public Records will activate your ID and password by the end of the business day after the day of receipt.
 
4.   Upon activation, your ID and password will be stored in the computer systems of both the Clerk of the House and the Secretary of the Senate simultaneously.
 
5.   Upon the successful store in both systems, an email will be transmitted to you containing your User ID and password. They may be used immediately upon generation of the email to you.
6.   This application requires you use current versions of IE (version 6 or greater) or Firefox (version 2) with the Adobe Reader plugin, or Adobe Acrobat installed on your computer. This Application uses the Flash plugin to display data, please make sure you have version 9 installed. Please make sure pop-ups and JavaScript are enabled for this site.
