Information on GI Benefits

If you are experiencing problems in communicating with the Department of Veterans Affairs, I will be happy to initiate an inquiry on your behalf. In order to comply with the Privacy Act, a letter signed by the veteran (with his or her Social Security number) outlining the problem and requesting my assistance is requested.

In most cases, because of the Privacy Act, I will need a letter outlining your problem and giving me the authority to act on your behalf. Please also include this privacy release form with your letter to grant me permission to help you.
