ENGEL CONGRATULATES IRVINGTON HIGH SCHOOL'S TOP 100 RANKING

Washington, DC -- Congressman Eliot Engel congratulated Irvington High School for being named one of the top 25 high schools in the northeast by Newsweek/Daily Beast in its annual survey of high schools across America

“My congratulations to Irvington High School, and its principal, Dr. Scott Mosenthal, for their accomplishment. Their hard work is paying off with this recognition,” said Rep. Engel.

Newsweek/Daily Beast say their annual survey highlights the 1,000 public high school nationwide which have proven to be the most effective in graduating college-ready students. Irvington High School came in 17th in the northeast, and 79th nationwide.
