Inaugural Swearing-In Ceremony Ticket Information for First Congressional District Residents

Residents of the First Congressional District are encouraged to contact Congressman Visclosky's Washington, D.C. office with requests for tickets to the Inaugural swearing-in ceremony. Below are the answers to some FAQs about the Inauguration:

I am a constituent. How do I request to be put on the waiting list for tickets?

  • To be put on the waiting list for Inaugural swearing-in tickets, please contact Pete's Washington, D.C. office. Please note that each member receives a limited supply of tickets to the inaugural swearing-in, and applying does not guarantee that you will receive tickets. For more information, please visit http://www.inaugural.senate.gov.

 

Can I attend the Inaugural Swearing-in without a ticket?

  • You may be able to view the Inaugural swearing-in without a ticket by standing in a non-ticketed area of the National Mall. The non-ticketed area begins at Fourth Street NW.

 

What about the Inaugural Parade and the Inaugural Balls? How can I find out more about those?
