Congressman Kurt Schrader announced today that he will hold town hall meetings in Newport and Rockaway Beach next week.

Town hall meetings are opportunities for constituents to ask questions about issues pending in Congress or the community.

Over the past month Schrader has held town hall meetings in Oregon City, Salem and Corvallis. He also recently held a town hall meeting over the telephone that drew nearly 4,000 constituents.

Members of the media are welcome at the meeting and encouraged to help promote the event.
