Today’s meeting with President Obama occurred with his Democratic colleagues on the House Budget Committee.

“President Obama has a made a commitment to bringing us back to responsible budgeting,” said Schrader. “I fully support the President’s plan to cut the deficit in half over the next four years. However, we need to keep working past those four years to bring our nation back to a balanced budget and begin paying down our national debt.”
