Doug Centilli -- Chief of Staff
After graduating from Sam Houston State University in 2011 with a degree in Criminal Justice, Justin headed for Capitol Hill. After interning for Texas Congressmen Kevin Brady and Mac Thornberry, Justin joined Texas Congressman Randy Neugebauer's DC staff. In May of 2012, when the opportunity presented itself to come back to Texas, Justin packed his bags and headed home to Bearkat country. Justin brings with him a wealth of experience in Texas ranching and a passion for working for Texans.
After two decades chasing breaking news for KTRH, WOAI and the Texas State News Network as well as freelance reporting for ABC, the AP, the BBC, CBS, and many others, Tracee joined Congressman Brady's Team in 2008. A member of the Texas Bar, Tracee earned her JD from South Texas College of Law, her B.A. and M.A. in Communications from MSU, and dozens of local, state and national broadcast journalism awards. Tracee and her husband of 22 years are most proud of their daughters, a Texas A&M sophomore and a high school junior.

Lori Harju - Legislative Director
Lori joined Team Brady in 2011 and among the issues she works on are taxes, international trade and energy. She has 15-plus years of legislative experience on Capitol Hill working for Members of the House Ways and Means Committee and the International Trade Administration at the U.S. Department of Commerce (under former President George W. Bush). She also successfully led two non-profit organizations to new levels of outreach and success. Lori earned her degree in Political Science from Michigan State University.

Janet Qureshi -- Director of Case Management
Janet has worked for Congressman Brady for more than two decades -- first in his state legislative office and now in his Congressional office. As Director of Case Management, Janet works with veterans and constituents who need assistance with Social Security, Medicare, Immigration and many other areas of federal government. As a former operating room nurse, her background in medicine helps to get to the bottom of medical concerns that our veterans, seniors and constituents may have. Janet is the proud mother of a Texas A&M and South College of Law graduate. Janet is Team Brady's chef and frequently brings her love of cooking into the office.

Sarah has served as Congressman Brady’s District Director since 2007, after serving in Washington, DC as his press secretary for roughly four years. Sarah’s oversees the day to day operations of Congressman Brady’s three Texas offices, spanning multiple counties and their corresponding staff. Sarah graduated from Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia. She and her husband are blessed with two children, Avery and Owen.

Todd Stephens -- Director of Regional Issues
Todd has been with Congressman Brady's office since January 2005. He first served as Legislative Assistant in the Congressman’s Washington, D.C. office and now oversees Texas District Eight's regional policy issues such as transportation, water resources and Hurricane recovery. Prior to joining the Brady Team, Todd served as a professional committee staffer at the Kentucky General Assembly. Todd holds a B.A. in Political Science and Philosophy from the University of Kentucky and a M.A. in Political Science from Eastern Kentucky University.

Vita has worked in Congressman Brady's Orange office since January 2008. She joined Team Brady from a Texas State Representative’s office. Vita handles casework for constituents in the eastern half of the district. She helps resolve problems with federal agencies on issues relating to veterans benefits, social security, Medicare, immigration, and other federal programs.

A native Texan, Shana Teehan is excited to join Congressman Kevin Brady as his Washington, DC-based Press Secretary. A proud mother of four, Shana is a true multi-tasker who brings a wealth of experience in media and public relations to the Brady team. Conservatives across the nation have benefitted from Shana’s expertise and most recently, Shana served as Communications Director for the Alabama Republican Party. Her children, Molly, Alex, Jak, Sam, and of course, her husband, Tim, are excited about exploring our nation’s capitol as a family.

A graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University who served as President of the VCU College Republicans, Rozlyn has worked in campaigns, state houses and now for Congressman Brady as his district scheduler. Rozlyn joined Team Brady from The Loft Church, in The Woodlands, where she handled logistics and served as executive assistant to the lead pastor. Skills learned keeping a busy pastor on schedule and managing day to day operations for a 3,000 member congregation will come in handy at Team Brady.

An Orange native, Justin is an honor graduate from Sam Houston State University with a double major in Political Science and Criminal Justice. He joined the Orange District Office of Congressman Brady in July 2009 and was promoted to Regional Field Representative in the Huntsville office before relocating to Congressman Brady's DC office in July of 2012. Justin’s job consists of establishing strong relationships with constituents of the 8th Congressional District.
Andrew joined Congressman Brady’s staff in January 2011. Before joining Team Brady, Andrew worked for the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services as Chief of the Office of Government Policy and Legislation and for Congressman Phil Crane (R-Ill.). He is responsible for advising the Congressman on entitlement issues (Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, unemployment insurance, and welfare) and healthcare. Andrew is a political science graduate of St. Norbert College outside of Green Bay, WI. Andrew works in the Washington, DC office and lives in Virginia with his wife and two children.
