One of the most important things I do as a U.S. Representative is help people with federal problems. Although I cannot override the decisions made by a federal agency, I can often intervene on a person's behalf to answer questions and help find solutions. Below you will find a list of agencies that I can help you with. However, regardless of which agency you need help with, I need a completed privacy authorization form to comply with the provisions of the Privacy Act.  If you need help with the IRS, please click here to fill out this specific printable form. For all other agencies, click here for a printable version of the privacy authorization form. Then fax or mail your completed form to the address listed under the district office from which you are seeking assistance. IRS and privacy release form also available in Word format.

If you are having a personal emergency with a federal agency, please contact your nearest district office directly.

In order to best serve you, please see our Frequently Asked Questions and Constituent Checklist page.
