Federal Resources for Constituents

Do you need to contact a Federal Agency to assist you with a problem? Below is a list of federal agencies and their websites.  Please contact my Washington, D.C. office at 202-225-6276 if you need any additional assistance. 

General Help:

For the official web portal of the U.S. Government, contact USA.Gov.

For a list of websites of all departments under the Executive Branch, refer to the list compiled by the The Library of Congress.

For questions in regards to federal programs, benefits, or services, contact The National Contact Center.

Specific Agencies and Requests:

For U.S. citizen passports, help with visas, or travel advisories, contact the Department of State.

For help with Social Security benefits and appeals, or help with a new, duplicate, or corrected Social Security card, contact Social Security.

For help with Medicare benefits and appeals, prescription drug services, health plan choices; or help with a new, duplicate, or corrected Medicare card, contact Medicare.

For help receiving Veteran’s benefits or healthcare, burials and memorials, or other special Veteran’s programs, contact the Department of Veterans' Affairs.

For services in regards to the Taxpayer Advocate, click HERE.  For tax forms, tax trails, E-filing, and information on tax payments, penalties, or refunds, contact the Internal Revenue Service.

For help with postal service delivery issues, postage rates and services, or postage fraud, contact the United States Postal Service.

For help with wages, benefits and insurance, compliance assistance, labor certification or workers compensation programs, contact the Department of Labor.

For information on disaster preparedness and response, or the National Flood Insurance Program, contact the Federal Emergency Management Agency.

For information on our transportation system, airport screenings, and no-fly lists, contact the Transportation Security Administration.

For information on border protection, customs enforcement, international travel, or import and export restrictions, contact Customs and Border Protection.
