A Record of Bipartisanship
With Republicans in charge in the House and Democrats in control of the Senate, passing legislation has not been swift or easy. The political parties have honest disagreements about the best way to run our government. All too often, these disagreements lead to shouting matches and harsh words. I don’t believe that you sent me to Washington just to argue. I work everyday to move good ideas forward, and I look for partners on the other side of the aisle.
