Flag Request

Residents of the Seventh Congressional District of Arizona may request to have a U.S. flag flown over the Capitol in honor of a particular person, event, or organization on a specific date. A certificate of recognition is included with each flag. There is no limit on the number of flags you may order.

To obtain a flag through my office, please print and fill out the Flag Request Form below and return it  with a check or money order payment.

Please note that your order cannot be processed unless it is accompanied with payment (check or money order only, do not mail cash).

If the flag is for a friend or local club, please make sure to include that information on the order form so the flag certificate will be filled out appropriately.  With advance notice, it is possible to have your flag flown over the Capitol on a specific date.  Be sure to indicate the desired flying date on the order form.  

Please note that my office cannot guarantee the delivery of flags by specific dates, ceremonies, or occasions.  Please allow at least 8 weeks for delivery.
