CIVIL RIGHTS - Pickup v. Brown
ORDER - Plaintiff therapists and parents were denied injunction of Senate Bill 1172 from taking effect in January. The bill prohibits licensed mental health professionals in California from engaging in sexual orientation change efforts (“SOCE”) with minors. (E.D. Cal.)
