WDTV: Energy forum at WVU brings in industry leaders.

Some of the top energy officials, along with some elected officials came together in Morgantown on Monday for a summit on energy issues and policies.

Represtative David McKinley and West Virginia University president Jim Clements hosted the event.

They told 5 News the purpose of the forum was all about finding ways to keep the energy industry alive in our state, despite the EPA's attack on it.

Both also want folks to keep the blue and gold in mind when folks come up with new ways to produce energy. One of the main points they talked about was capture and sequestration of carbon emissions.
