STOCKTON - Rep. Jerry McNerney, D-Stockton, top right, visited two classrooms Monday at Westwood Elementary School in northeast Stockton. The congressman was picking up letters written by the students that are addressed to soldiers to say thank you for their service. McNerney will deliver them to the Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, Md.
