On July 28, cancer survivors Reps. Sue Myrick, Todd Akin, Roy Blunt, and Mike Rogers, along with Rep. Ginny Brown-Waite, who recently lost her husband to pancreatic cancer, held a press conference to bring to light the serious and dangerous impact that the proposed health care reform legislation will have on people who are diagnosed with cancer.
