- Yesterday, I accepted, for the second time, the "Friend of the Farm Bureau Award" from Kansas Farm Bureau President Steve Baccus.
I’m honored to accept this award and appreciate the friendship and relationship between farmers and ranchers ...in the second district. Many of the issues we discuss in Washington affect those back on the farm, and I am proud to do my part to help them continue to grow the most abundant and safest food supply in the world.See More - LikesSee All

The plan presented today by House Republicans would raise $800 billion in revenue over the next 10 years without raising tax rates, and offers a balanced, bipartisan approach that addresses the real problem our country faces—one that the president is ignoring—Washington’s runaway spending on mandatory programs like Medicare.Lynn Jenkins shared a link.
