Ribble: Congress should be Working, Not Vacationing

Sep 21, 2012

Washington D.C. – Representative Reid Ribble (WI-08) released this statement following Congress’ adjournment until November.

“As a former small business owner it’s frustrating that the House and Senate are adjourning instead of staying in D.C. to resolve important national issues. I have worked with colleagues in both chambers, both Republican and Democrat, and will continue to work with anyone who is serious about finding solutions to pay down the debt, create jobs and ensure a better future for our children and grandchildren. I work for the people of northeast Wisconsin, so if Congress is unwilling to do its job in D.C., then I will continue my efforts back home until Congress decides to buckle down and get to work.”
