TOMORROW FRIDAY NIGHT: Ros-Lehtinen To Speak & Participate In Q&A With Former Commissioner Katy Sorenson’s Good Government Initiative Class

Miami, Florida – Tomorrow Friday night August 24th at 7:00 pm, Congresswoman Ileana Ros-Lehtinen (R-FL) will speak and participate in a question and answer session with former Miami-Dade County Commissioner Katy Sorenson’s Good Government Initiative Class. Ileana will speak about her experience working in the state, local and federal governments and her bipartisan leadership philosophy.

Ileana’s presentation and subsequent Q&A will take place at La Palma Ristorante, located at 116 Alhambra Circle, Coral Gables, Florida. The restaurant is located adjacent to the Hyatt Regency in the Gables.

Said Ros-Lehtinen, “I am a big believer that working together across party lines we can accomplish great things for the people we proudly represent. I look forward to speaking before this talented group of elected officials on how we can all do better for our cities, state and nation.”

The Good Government Initiative at the University of Miami was founded by Katy Sorenson with funding by the Knight Foundation to train elected officials on the tenets of good governance.
