Congresswoman Hayworth held a press conference this morning in New Windsor, New York with County Executive Ed Diana, Assemblywoman Nancy Calhoun, and New Windsor Supervisor George Green calling on state and federal bureaucrats to "cut the red tape" and start work on repairing the Forge Hill Road bridge that was damaged during Hurricane Irene one year ago.
