Payne Takes Office

U.S. Representative Donald M. Payne, Jr. was sworn in as a Member of the United States House of Representatives by House Speaker John Boehner Thursday, November 15, 2012.

The Honorable Donald M. Payne, Jr was elected in special election November 6th, 2012  to serve as representative of New Jersey's 10th Congressional District. Representative-elect Payne was added to the rolls of the House upon executing the oath of office.
