Waxman, Frank Pallone, Nathan Deal, and Jo Ann Emerson introduced H.R. 1427, the “Promoting Innovation and Access to Life-Saving Medicine Act,” a bipartisan bill to allow the Food and Drug Administration to approve affordable copies of biotech drugs.
