Recently, the Department of Labor (DOL) and the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) have made some highly misguided rulings and taken unreasonable actions that have the potential to devastate businesses. As an advocate of small businesses, I believe that the government should place fewer restrictions, not more, on businesses in order to facilitate our economic recovery. Harmful regulations from these organizations are what run businesses out of the country and put American people out of work.
