Homeland Security

The War on Terror is a war America must win. We need an aggressive policy that centers on destroying terrorists where they hide. We also need to be ready at home by increasing security at our ports and borders.

During my time in Congress, I have worked tirelessly to protect the American people from harm. While I am proud of the progress our country has made in security over the past decade, I understand that critical threats still exist, and that our work is still not done. I will continue to work to protect the American people and our interests, and to do so in a manner that does not infringe upon the civil liberties of Americans, the ones our security policies are designed to protect.
