Oregon First

I always put Oregon first.

As your representative in Congress, I have worked tirelessly to secure real benefits on behalf of Oregonians throughout our district and our state. It is important that we always put Oregon first, whether it is through the benefits of national legislation or through grant funding aimed at creating local jobs to help put Oregonians back to work.

During my time in Congress, I have helped to secure NOAA’s Pacific Fleet for Newport, resolved geographic disparities in Medicaid reimbursement, completed casework for more than 700 residents in the 5th district, and acquired funding for the Polk County Readiness Center and Salem’s Mill Creek Employment Center in addition to several others.
