MEETING WITH GOVERNOR CHRISTIE: On November 20, 2012 Congressman Lance met with Governor Chris Christie and members of the New Jersey congressional delegation to discuss the State of New Jersey’s efforts to recover from Hurricane Sandy.
IN SOMERSET COUNTY: On Tuesday, November 6, 2012, Congressman Leonard Lance hosted a mobile office in Somerset County to provide disaster-related assistance to area residents. During the event, Lance thanked Somerset County Freeholder Pat Scaglione, Bridgewater Library representatives and FEMA staff for joining his effort to help Somerset County residents.
IN HUNTERDON COUNTY: On Thursday, November 1, Congressman Leonard Lance talked with Hunterdon County public safety officials, American Red Cross representatives and area residents affected by Hurricane Sandy's devastation. The congressman was impressed with and appreciative of the hard work being performed to help our communities recover from such devastation.
IN UNION COUNTY: On November 2, 2012 Congressman Leonard Lance received an update from Springfield public safety officials and governmental leaders regarding efforts underway to help the township and residents recover.
On November 2, 2012, Congressman Leonard Lance met with Somerset County representatives from the American Red Cross.The Seventh District lawmaker praised their efforts and all the good work being done to help Somerset County families in need.
IN UNION COUNTY: On November 2, 2012, Congressman Lance met with Cranford Police Chief Eric Mason and other Union County public safety officials and government leaders regarding recovery efforts underway.
