“I was pleased to learn that the Peace Bridge Customs Commercial Plaza construction project has received the necessary federal environmental approvals from the General Services Administration (GSA) to move forward. Working closely with the Governor's office, we have advocated for swift action on this to continue the positive momentum at the Peace Bridge. This $20 million renovation promises many new jobs coming to the Western New York region and is one more step towards expediting the flow of traffic across the Canadian border, opening up new potential for trade and economic opportunity.
