Congresswoman Anna Eshoo, who represents both Menlo Park and Atherton as part of the 14th Congressional district, released a comprehensive primer about the Affordable Heatth Care Act in light of the Supreme Court ruling on June 28 to uphold the Act. She wrote:

"For over 70 years, there have been efforts by Republican and Democratic administrations to ensure that every American would have affordable healthcare coverage, and now with the Court's decision, this is the case.

Many constituents have asked me about the Supreme Court's decision and what the Affordable Care Act means for them and their own health coverage, so I've put together a list of "frequently asked questions" which I hope will be helpful."

The primer, which is available online, includes a Q&A, "important things to remember" and a look at myths versus facts.
