Representative Kathy Hochul (NY-26) sent a letter to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC), and the New York State Department of Health (NYSDOH) urging them to listen to village residents and carefully consider how proposed cleanup actions near the FMC Corporation facility in the Village of Middleport may adversely affect the Village and its residents.
