U.S. CONGRESSMAN JERRY COSTELLO ATTENDS CHANGE OF COMMAND AND RETIREMENT CEREMONIES OF AIR FORCE GENERAL JOHN HANDY

Washington - U.S. Congressman Jerry Costello (D-IL) attended the Change of Command Ceremony at which United States Air Force General John Handy relinquished command of the United States Transportation Command to Air Force General Norton Schwartz. Immediately following the change of command, Costello also attended the retirement ceremony in honor of General Handy. U.S. Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld also participated in these events.
