DELTA DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL, INC. RECEIVES USDA GRANT

Washington - U.S. Congressman Jerry Costello (D-IL) announced today that the Delta Development Council, Inc., located in Olive Branch, has received a $250,000 Rural Business Enterprise Grant through the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Office of Rural Development. The funds will be used to purchase equipment and facilities to provide broadband service.

"This type of investment not only creates jobs but will significantly improve the quality of life of the residents," said Costello. "I will continue to work to ensure that these resources are available to our communities."
