CARTERVILLE RECEIVES USDA GRANT
Washington - U.S. Congressman Jerry Costello (D-IL) announced today that the City of Carterville has received a $100,000 Rural Business Enterprise Grant through the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Office of Rural Development. The funds will be used to renovate a business park sewer system.
"A sound infrastructure is essential for economic development," said Costello. "Improving services is a great way to attract new businesses."
