SAN MATEO, CA - Congresswoman Jackie Speier (D-San Francisco/San Mateo) and a group of her Speier Corps volunteers will sort and package holiday gifts for underprivileged children and youth at the San Mateo County Children’s Fund Holiday Central on December 10, 2012 at 10 am. The drive, which started on November 26 and will run until December 19 at 455 County Center in Redwood City, is expected to deliver presents to 3,500 low-income and foster children who would otherwise be without them.
