As the grandson of immigrants, Paul knows the value and work ethic that serve as the bedrock of the American Dream. He also knows the scope of the current problem, with over 12 million undocumented immigrants currently living in the United States. That is why Paul is an advocate of comprehensive immigration reform that protects our borders, respects human rights, and meets our economic needs, particularly in Upstate New York’s agriculture sector where many farmers lack sufficient quantity and quality of migrant work during peak harvest seasons.
