Emerson Launches New Official Website

U.S. Rep. Jo Ann Emerson (MO-08) today unveiled a new website for the Eighth Congressional District of Missouri.

"Technology changes quickly and, as a member of Congress, it is important to keep the constituents I represent updated with useful information about the work I am doing in Congress," Emerson said. "The new website incorporates more interactive features, it's easier to navigate, and I hope it will allow people to stay current on events in our nation's Capitol."

Emerson's website is accessible at emerson.house.gov. The new site includes news updates, an RSS feed, information about visiting the capital, photos and legislative information. A mobile-ready version of the site is available for users of mobile devices.

"I hope the new website is a useful tool, and I really encourage people to make the best possible use of it to stay in touch with me and informed about the work being done in Congress," Emerson said.
