Daytona Beach VA Clinic

On November 12, 2001 a ribbon cutting ceremony was conducted to commemorate the opening of the new William V. Chappell, Jr., Veterans Administration (VA) Outpatient Clinic. This newly constructed facility was the culmination of an effort that began several years earlier to replace the old building, after indoor air quality concerns had become an issue among patients and employees.

Congressman Mica worked with local veterans leaders and the VA to establish this much need health care center.  The 44,500 square foot facility has 205 parking spaces and will provide local veterans with a fully equipped outpatient clinic where they can receive quality and accessible health care.

On March 7, 2005, Rep. Mica attended the groundbreaking for an expansion of the clinic that will provide additional services to our veterans.  The new expansion was officially opened on April 25, 2006, and will provide space for additional medical services.

Located at 551 National Healthcare Drive, at the corner of Dunn Avenue and Clyde Morris Boulevard, the Daytona Beach Outpatient Clinic is open from 8 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Additional information about this VA facility can be obtained by telephone at (386) 274-4600.
