Rep. Noem Speaking on NLRB Legislation
Rep. Noem spoke at the Republican Leadership stakeout about the Workforce Democracy and Fairness Act. The bill would prevent the activist National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) from imposing sweeping changes to our workplaces. Rep. Noem is supporting this measure because it's a pro-growth, pro-jobs measure that prevents an ambush union election scheme and gives businesses more certainty the union election process.
