The Better Path
October 15, 2012
Dear Friends,
In the Vice Presidential debate last week, Joe Biden clearly outlined what this November is about: a choice to keep strengthening the middle class or to return to the same trickle-down economic policies that created the mess in the first place. President Obama and Vice President Biden have moved our nation forward since taking office. It is imperative that we protect the Affordable Care Act, work to keep Medicare as we know it and Social Security solvent, invest in education, and ensure
that women have the right to make their own healthcare decisions. The Romney-Ryan plan will repeal the landmark healthcare reform law, turn Medicare into Vouchercare and threaten Social Security, while giving tax breaks to the top 12% and wealthy corporations that ship jobs overseas. I want to hear from you. What did you think about the debate last week? Which direction do you think our country should be headed? Please leave comments on my facebook page: www.facebook.com/cbrangel.

We recognize that among individuals under the age of 45, African American women are more likely to develop breast cancer compared to any other ethnic group. That is why I urge women in our district to become more aware of breast cancer…more"
