Senator Durbin and his staff represent over 12 million Illinoisans and make every effort to meet with the diverse constituency of Illinois.

Washington, DC

To request a meeting with Senator Durbin, his Washington, DC staff, or to send an invitation to an event, please send an email to schedule@durbin.senate.gov with the following information:

• organization name
• participant name(s)
• purpose of request
• dates and times available
• contact name and information
• a location if requesting the Senator’s presence at an event

Without complete information your request cannot be processed. If you have any questions about the request process, please call 202.224.2152 and ask to speak with the DC scheduling department.

Illinois

To request a meeting with Senator Durbin, his Illinois staff, or to send an invitation to an event, please send an email to state_scheduler@durbin.senate.gov with the following information:

• organization name
• participant names
• purpose of request/topic of meeting
• contact name and information
• which office you would like to meet (Chicago, Springfield, Carbondale, or Rock Island)

For an invitation, also include:

• date, time, and location of the event

When we receive your email, you should receive an immediate email confirmation. Scheduling requests typically take 2-4 weeks for processing and may be delayed even further without complete information.
