Contractor Information
The Acquisition and Material Management Division periodically has a need to provide information that has a significant and/or immediate impact on contractor performance of AOC contracts on the Capitol Complex. Although the contractual agreement signed by the contractor and the AOC Contracting Officer governs the contractor's performance, the information here will provide current and immediate notice to AOC contractors of the operating status or other changing procedures or conditions that may affect contractor performance.
Clauses and Provisions Applicable to Small Purchases and Requests for Quotations
For the convenience of our vendors, the AOC is providing the clauses and provisions applicable to AOC small purchases, including purchase card transactions, on this web site unless the solicitation is issued with its own clauses and provisions. Additionally, any clauses and provisions accompanying an AOC purchase order take precedence over the clauses and provisions provided herein.
