WASHINGTON, DC – Rep. Lynn Woolsey (D-Calif.) today released a full list of the spending requests (earmarks) that she has submitted to the Committee on Appropriations for funding during Fiscal Year 2011.

This is the fourth year in a row that Congresswoman Woolsey has made all of her requests public.  Requests are listed in alphabetical order.  Project explanations can be found in the attached PDF file.

“I am proud to release the full list of the spending requests that I have submitted to the Appropriations Committee on behalf of the communities in Marin and Sonoma counties,” said Woolsey.  “It’s important that we increase the transparency of this process, which is why this is the fourth year in a row that I have listed all of my requests on my Web site for my constituents to review and evaluate.  I look forward to continuing my work with community partners and local government officials throughout Marin and Sonoma to address the needs of local residents, and the earmark process is one way to help."
