WASHINGTON, DC – Congressman Ander Crenshaw, a member of the House Appropriations Committee, will listen to the concerns of small business owners and outline steps he has taken in Congress to support job growth and the economy during four events in Jacksonville on Monday, July 30.

“In Northeast Florida and across the nation, small business owners create the jobs that pay the bills and expand the economy,” said Crenshaw. “Congress is working step-by-step to give them the tools they need to succeed. Low taxes, less red tape, and a repeal of ObamaCare are on that list, and I’ll be outlining the importance of these measures to a bright economic future for all.”

MONDAY, JULY 30

• NEPTUNE BEACH - 9 a.m. - Crenshaw hosts Beaches Business Round Table discussion with local business owners at Lillie’s Coffee Bar, which is located at 200 First Street, Neptune Beach. Attendees will review policies that help them grow and those that prevent them from growing.

• NEPTUNE BEACH - 10 a.m. - Crenshaw visits shops in Town Center, including First Street Gallery, Bookmark, and Sun Dog Diner.

• JACKSONVILLE BEACH - 11:45 a.m. - Crenshaw provides Washington Legislative update to members of the Beaches Business Association who are meeting at Jacksonville Beach Golf Club, 605 Penman Road.

• JACKSONVILLE BEACH - 12:30 p.m. – Crenshaw has lunch with ten students from Beaches Habitat for Humanity Program who are working toward Congressional Award honors through public service. Crenshaw is their official Congressional sponsor. They will meet at Angie’s Subs, 1436 Beach Blvd.
