WASHINGTON, DC – U.S. Congressman Robert J. Dold (IL-10) released a video statement after the House voted in a bipartisan manner to extend the payroll tax holiday for the remainder of the year. Dold has advocated for this extension since earlier last year and introduced his own legislation to do so.
