Rep. Hayworth Letter to Pres. Obama Regarding Disaster Declaration for Orange and Putnam Counties

Congresswoman Hayworth just sent this letter to President Obama in support of Governor Cuomo's request that Orange and Putnam Counties be added to the major disaster declaration to assure that constituents, local governments, and small businesses have the resources they need to recover.
