Comprehensive Iran Sanctions, Accountability, and Divestment Act

Democrats are aware of the dangers posed by a nuclear Iran and voted to strengthen existing laws regarding Iran sanctions and strengthen their enforcement and implementation. This law mandates that any company be barred from the U.S. market if it sells, leases, or provides resources that helps Iran to continue its domestic production of refined petroleum products
