Kohl Tours Superior Steel
Senator Kohl visited the Superior Steel Inc. in August 2008 and met with graduates, instructors and officials from an accelerated welding training program administered by Northwest Wisconsin Concentrated Employment Program (NWCEP), Wisconsin Indianhead Technical College-Superior. Kohl secured federal job training funds that enabled the program to continue with a second session of the intensive, five-week job training program.
