"It's essential to reach teenagers where and how they communicate to gain an understanding of the pressures they face. This anti-drug campaign has a strong on-line presence to accomplish that. I also applaud the efforts of the Milwaukee Area High Intensity Drug Task Force to address the drug threats that are particular to this region, and community organizations in Milwaukee for incorporating the campaign into their youth outreach efforts."
